No help finding stuff. Hung around about 30 minutes then went to home Depot and was able to get help immediately.

After three phone calls and a total of more than an hour on hold, I drove to the store to check the status of a delivery. I was told that the delivery, which was promised between 2:00 and 6:00, was not scheduled until a week later. Blame was shifted to "the system," which does only what is told, nothing more or less. The only apology? For my experience--no responsibility accepted for what Lowe's did.
