Terrible,got there at 12:30 pm watched the people in garage area that was supposed to be working on the truck that was in the bay when I got there standing around talking,after a hour and fifteen minutes I went back in to counter to see what problem was and found the guy in charge playing game on his phone..I ask how long it would be before they got to me his answer was they were busy they would get to me as soon as they could.so I left and purchased my tires some where else.this was the Walmart on 560 in Bedford VA.if you plan on going there to have tires put on carry a overnight bag cause your going to be there awhile.

Service is getting shoddy. Walmart used to be our go - to for oil changes because it is convenient. The last time we were there, we heard strange noises after we left and had to return because they left some of the bolts off. Today, we had our oil changed and they did not have the fluids to top off the fluids even though they advertise that it is included in the price. When my husband questioned the fluids, he was told he could buy off the shelf and they would put it in. They are becoming less and less professional. They need to provide the quality service they advertise and provide all of the services the claim to provide.
