I paid my bill 12 days early with the automated system and was given a confirmation number. One week later I receive a letter threatening shut off on power even thought it was not even the due date!!!! Upon calling I was told my banking information was entered wrong and would have to pay a $25.00 fee. Manager Amber refused to not wave that fee. What is the confirmation number for if it doesn't work?

SEC will not return calls or follow up on calls they do answer. Been waiting for months for a reply. The people that answer calls are helpful but the people they forward your call to do nothing to solve issues only excuses why they can't get to it

Overpriced and unwilling to work with customers. I would have never moved to their district had I of known how greedy this electric company is. Update: They are also liars. They have continuously lied to me and mistreated me.
