Hello Pat! Our Silver Sneakers program is still running strong at both of our locations, so you can always stop by and get a workout in or take a class. If you are referring to the Silver Sneakers class at our West Side location, it is scheduled to resume on April 7! Hope to see you at the YMCA soon.
Yes. We offer SilverSneakers and a variety of other insurance-subsidized memberships. These memberships include everything that a full membership offers, with the exception of Nationwide Membership.
M-Fr 4:30 am to 930pm. S 5 am to 5pm. Sun 7-5. Closed Xmas and New year's. Shortened hours (until 3pm I believe) on Xmas and NY eve. Its been open over 50 years, if that's also part of your question.
