This was the first time I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It's a quaint older motel with some interesting features. The only room available had a full sized bed plus a bunk bed so I slept in the bunk which was quite comfortable. The bathroom is very tiny with a miniature sink, no exhaust fan and low ceiling. There was barely room to turn around or get dressed. Our room did have a roomy kitchenette and side entrance which came in handy. The TV was very small too, but some of these things didn't matter and made for a memorable trip. The private beach at the end of the road was very nice and not crowded at all.

My fiancé & I wanted a little getaway from home without spending too much money. I must say, we were very happy with our stay! Renea greeted us with a hospitable smile & gave us a mini tour of our room, which was surprisingly clean! There is also a little coffee machine with K-cups so we could easily enjoy our morning cup of coffee! The beach was easily accessible, being less than a 1/2 mile walk from our room! We will most definitely be coming back here within the year. Very satisfied!!!

My son and I came up for a few days and stayed and it was by far the best motel we have ever stayed at. I have been going to Lexington since I was a baby so we are really familiar with the area and this place will be the only place we stay at from now on. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating to our needs and also very helpful. The rooms are all themed differently making it a more comfortable stay. Perfect location perfect staff and perfect room. We will be seeing you guys soon and thank you again for the amazing experience.
