3 weeks ago I was in the hospital because of a kidney infection. I was suspicious that perhaps a kidney infection never went away because my urine was dark. I went into the urgent Care just to get a test and they never took a culture which is against standard protocol. It's extremely important to take a culture with analysis because you need specific antibiotics for specific strains, not every strain responds the same to every antibiotic. For whatever reason it turns out that they never took a culture of my urine which is extreme negligence on their part. Now my primary care is asking for what the results of the culture was and I have no answers for him and I have also no answers for my urologist.

My husband went in today to the urgent care and Duluth and the registration by the name of Naomi denied him services told him the only way he could get services was by paying a $400 he has insurance she did not want to look it up it is not right for people that are not kind and they do not have genuine kindness in their heart to help people to be working in the medical field the world that we live in these days if your heart is not kind and if you’re not really there to help people you should not be working in the medical field it’s unfair and it’s unkind

Yes we do accept BCBS. We are in-network with PPO. Out of network with POS and we do not accept the HMO.
