-Booked my appointment days in advance and later confirmed by text message. -Arrived early as suggested. -Upon arrival the first thing they make you sign is the acknowledgment that they will charge you 100% if you dont cancel on time. -They made me sign and complete a bunch of forms, had me remove my contacts and wash my face with shampoo. 15 min later someone comes to inform me that they dont have the product to do a lash lift but that they wouldn’t charge me for the service. The audacity! I made and confirmed the appointment, got there early, etc and this “lash studio” doesnt have the product to do the service they promote? And as a compensation they kindly dont charge me for a service they didnt provide? I needed this before a trip and now it’s too late to find an appointment elsewhere before the weekend. 0 customer service 100% incompetence

Ashlyn was very professional. She was kind and patient. I had a horrible experience at a different location in Atlanta . She was recommended by a colleague. I was impressed. She has a light touch and she is well educated. She also informed me on how to care for my lashes afterwards.She has a beautiful soul n positive light. I will be sending all my friends to perimeter. I loved my lashes and they lasted the longest. Normally they fall out fast. Ashlyn took really good care of me and also built report and remembered things I told her from the previous appointment.Perimeter is my new lash home .

Perimeter location. I am sorry I went to get my lashes done at this place. This was my very first time ever getting lash extensions. This was my first time at Amazing lash and I will never go back again. The lash stylist never introduced herself to me. Instead she complained to the girl at the front desk that I would take longer than usual because I am allergic to latex glue so she was very upset that I would have to get sensitive glue and it would take her longer to do my lashes. She complained right in front of my face and made me feel very uncomfortable. She also had the longest fingernails and had to try multiple times to put on the tape under my eyes. She had to call in another tech that told her to use a tweezer to put on the tape. Then she complained to that tech that my eyes were watery. I asked her what style of lash I should get and she was annoyed, she didn't give me any advice. So I really didn't know what lashes would be best but I picked the natural lash look. She took a long time on my right eye but started rushing through with my left eye. I realized after that she rushed my eyes because she had another lash appointment after me. She gave me to different lash looks. On the right eye she put sexy lash look and on the left eye she put cute lash look. So when I took a close up picture my right eye looked closed and my left eye looked open. She did a horrible job. I should have went with my instincts and canceled the appointment when I met her and all of her complaints and moodiness and attitude but I really wanted to hope it would work out. I was extremely disappointed especially because this was my very first time ever getting lash extensions. I can not express how uncomfortable and unhappy she made me feel. Extremely disappointed!

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
