Clean, nice lighting in evenings, easy on and off highway, kids can get out and walk around grassy area, nice place to take a few mins to break.

Men's bathroom had holes in stall walls. Only one of them big enough for some fun. The rest seem to be peepholes. Plugged them with toilet paper while doing my business.

It's a rest area, good for, say, resting during a long drive. There are rest rooms that are open. And there is a drink machine (soda, etc.) that's accessible 24X7, just the thing for a hot or cold day. There is plenty of parking for both cars, semis, and anything in between.
