UPDATE: Alot has changed at this location, and all for the better. Top notch! -----Original---- I've been going to this location since it opened. Only because it's the closest and most convenient. The convenience and efficiency is why they get 1 star. Otherwise the customer service is the worse I've dealt with among the biggby franchise. I've never seen a welcoming smile. Their attitudes are always riding the edge between barely polite and straight up rude. I don't see how they can stay in business with this consistently poor level of customer service. It's a constant attitude regardless of who is at the counter/ window. This leads me to believe that its a failure stemming straight from management. EDIT 5/10/2021: Post-covid things seem to have changed for the better. It seems a shake-up in staffing has shaken loose more smiles and kindness among the baristas. Not all covid-quarantine change is bad I guess!

This Biggby has certainly gone down hill but the one thing that really irritated me is that I waited in a long line - finally got to the speaker to place my order, the girl handling the drive thru line greeted me and said I will be right with you. At the same time, a car who was two cars behind me in the drive through pulled out of line and went inside to place an order. So even though the girl greeted me and said she would be right with me so I could order my 1 black coffee....decided it would be better to help the 4 ppl who just walked in the door after I was asked to wait a minute. This is not the first time something like this happened and I have been very patient knowing that everyone is short staffed but to be greeted and then wait on someone who was literally just walking in the door is ridiculous. Safe yourself the hassle, their are better coffee shops across this town. Starbucks and Tim Hortons being some of them!

I ordered food from DoorDash like I normally do and they canceled my order I asked them why when I called they said that it was DoorDash‘s problem DoorDash referred me that it was them that canceled the order she went to go explain it to a superior or coworker and didn’t put me on mute so I heard the whole conversation about me their names are Angelina and Renee they told me I wasn’t allowed to speak to a manager and that they’re sorry but I could come pick up the order but that’s why I use door Dash because I’m at work. On top of it she kept saying Grubhub order when it was DoorDash. I will be in contact with the manager.

Love this location. The staff is always amazing and I'm glad the indoor seating is available again. Also you can FINALLY leave a tip on debit/credit cards now which has always been a frustration for me.

Employees have to take a survey and temp to come in to work. Every 15 minutes there is a cleaning disinfectant wipe down. Baristas are consistently sanitizing when they clean not including the 15 minute sanitize. Masks are required for every employee and customer. Strict handwashing procedures. Enviromaster comes in weekly to sanitize.
