Worst customer service. I understand you all are counting pills and looking and the computer but it sure makes your interaction with people horrible. It’s distasteful you need to sound like you are reprimanding a customer for just asking questions. Publix pleeease train this pharmacy with proper customer service for which you are know for.

They’re very slow at filling prescriptions. The customer service is horrible and I had to wait almost two hours for my prescription even though I have picked up my meds from them before. I got into an altercation with some woman working at the drop off because her attitude was real nasty. I’ll never use their little pharmacy again.
