I honestly think the Kroger that closed down on 2nd Street was managed better than this joke of a store! Customer Service desk CLOSED in the middle of the day! While you have guys standing around in the store doing nothing! Meat practically expired, rude cashiers!! Should not be part of the Kroger chain!!

I rarely (this may be my first on Google actually) write reviews. But I feel compelled to do so today. I have lived by this Kroger for the better part of the last two years. At any point over the first 16-20 months of those two years I would have rated this Kroger a 3 star. It was almost guaranteed to be missing an item or two from your list, the produce was hit or (mostly) miss. But you could get most of your shopping done and be vaguely satisfied. Over the past 4-8 months however this Kroger has been CRIMINALLY UNDERSTAFFED. You cannot go there during a normal time of day and expect more than 2 lines open at a time. It is “Walmart at 3am” level staffing for a Kroger that you should be able to go to at 6pm on a Thursday to pick up $20 worth of items. But that small trip will take you over half and hour with a majority of the time spent sitting in line. This has really gotten out of hand and I have opted to drive far out of my way many times in order to avoid this location. If you want to know how to get more workers start by paying your workers more!! The ones you currently have are not paid enough to deal with the onslaught of customers and you aren’t getting any new ones to help for this reason. Would be giving 0/5 if I could.

Not sure what's going on in the store. Service desk is ALWAYS closed. If they have 2 cashier's your lucky. Poor guy working all the U SCANS and being called to get cigarettes from the closed service desk. Then as I was loading to my car he was out there trying to chase down a shoplifter. Dude...your not getting paid enough to risk your life chasing criminals. I guess the shortage of people willing to work has hit them
