We’ll over a year ago I brought my car to this shop for a tune up. When the owner drove the car for me to leave it would not turn over. When I brought this to the attention of the owner he said I had flooded the engine. As I only turned the ignition without putting my foot on the gas I realized that the reason the car not starting was the result of the owner driving the car cold and then turning the car off immediately which left fuel at the spark plugs thus causing the car not starting.. Not a big deal except for the owner not taking responsibility. Meanwhile I noticed a sound which to me sounded like a wheel bearing issue. I brought the car to the repair shop for diagnoses and was told I had a bearing issue which would require (notwheel bearing)a difficult to repair and expensive repair. I asked the owner if I should continue to drive the car and what would happen if the bearing failed. The owner assured me that if the bearing failed the car would just stop and there would no damage to my car.. less driving to my Dr. And being very close drovefor almost 1 mile away. During that time the car made a horrible series of sounds. Had I not been told to continue to drive I would have stopped immediately. From my dr. Office I had to have the car towed to Car Tune as I had an appointment to bring the car on that day. The owner.,called me later that in addition to the bearing problems there were a number of oil leaks. Which would add a significant extra cost to the repair. I told the owner to make the repairs,but this time asked him to give me a firm date as to when he would start work and finish. He told me he would start in mid August and would be finished on the end of August. When I arrived to pickup the car nothing had been done.the owner told me the it could be worked on by the end of September.The ownerin my view had lost credibility and continued with a bad attitude. I chose to have my car towed home where there was no evidence of any oil leak in my garage. Gary Smith

I had a friend that recommend this place and i've been using them ever since! I've been a loyal 4+ yrs customer because Mike is transparent, does quality work with fair pricing. I often bring my dealerships "Needs to be done list" and Mike has always identified the "fluff" and confirmed the essentials ALL while beating the dealer's price by Thousands! Can't beat it. I own a 2011 Honda CRV. Highly recommended. Don't let the lack of sitting room pleasantries scare you away. This place is worth it's weight in gold.
