Who doesn't know CVS? They added many new things so for me it is good and getting better.

Visited pharmacy on 7-9 , poorly received by untrained staff. Presented with Gabrielle Fernandez, pharmacy manager who faiked to communicate in a professional manner. Ms Fernandez'response to her poorly trained pharmacy worker was "ok". Not an apology or acknowledgement that the response was inappropriate. A white male Pharmacy worker stated that host he was working on 2 hours sleep and then proceeded to speak un a curt and unprofessional tone. Stating " its not my fault you made an appointment......" he further stated that he would not open a Moderna booster shot for 1 person if he had no other appointments. Store manger was not available. Further action required.

Absolutely insulting experience with pharmacy. Obscene wait time despite there being so many people behind the counter they were nearly back to back and bumping into each other. The Best part was when referencing how long I had been waiting (when pleading for assistance) one pharmacist made a point to deny my claims of wait time. As a long time customer I felt not valued in least. And CVS shame on you for not having human cashier option available at this location heavily patronized by a senior population that struggles with the self check out.

Do not go to this CVS branch in Somers if you require customer assistance. They are horrible! I recently went to scan some photos and they insist that “It’s self-service!” They even have signs all over the photo area. It’s the worst! I left after the assistance I received deleted all 142 photos I scanned. He was absolutely rude and didn’t apologize for his egregious mistake! He kept saying “It’s self-service!” It was so frustrating and demeaning. I walked out very disappointed and mad. Please go to the Bedford Hills CVS! They are wonderful, extremely helpful and totally understand customer service. The best part is they do not have signs all over the place that you have to do everything yourself. And they do not need to remind you that “It’s self-service!” I will never, ever set foot again in the Somers CVS. I hope that the corporate office is reading this review and provide the staff of this store some desperately needed customer service training. Horrible experience. Your staff and management sucks at the Somers CVS.
