Never anyone there to refill the tanks, when someone is there they say your tank is outdated , very rude employees.

Manager miss read fuel tank level and I did not notice until I left. I had the small 10ft truck for a couple hours, went 24 miles and put 3.5 gallons in tank upon return. Gave fuel receipt and showed milage used. Oh well, you should have checked it yourself. Charged me an extra 10.00. It's not the money it's the principal. Oh well, common sense need not apply here.

Customer service is awful here. We reserved furniture pads a few weeks in advance, and when we went to pick up the uhaul and the moving pads they stated they were sold out. This is frustrating since we reserved and paid for them in advance. I asked if they could check other locations and the woman stated they can’t, and then a man said they did check, but no where else has them. Their stories were conflicting, and inaccurate information kept being given. On top of that the woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I have to tell you All how rare these days we find competent and friendly real customer service agents and this U-Haul has the most awesome staff, starting with Alex from reserving to the final bill,he is a very nice young man and he will go far in this life, and young people are the worst these days,he tops the cake with customer service and the knowledge ( he could answer questions without having an excuse or transferring you to someone) Shannon could have sold me a truck with her amazing kindness, patience and skills.. I recommend this location, good service.. Salesmen
