She was very kind, knowledgeable, and understood my concerns and questions. I didn’t expect to walk out with exactly what I was looking for…but I did just that, with the biggest smile on my face! It was the first piece she had me try on and it was like it was made just for me (Ms. Sandy actually made that comment)! She made sure I was comfortable with the placement and removal process and also let me practice with her walking me through every step. She didn’t overwhelm me, she focused on what I needed and she took the time to show me her products in the midst of running the store. You know that someone is truly good when you still remember them 6 months later.
