I’m a very regular customer at Firehouse Subs but had never been to this particular location until today. I asked the sandwich maker to make my sub a pretty particular way and he not only listened to what I was saying but repeated back and verbally clarified my wishes. I have to tell you when that sandwich hit my mouth it was hands down the best example of my favorite Firehouse Sub I’d ever had. Best in 8 1/2 years of eating at Firehouse Subs. Thank you for the great experience!

The meat looks chewed up and spit back out. They include ingredients I wanted taken off, and leave off ingredients I ask for. I got the hook and ladder, and the sandwich had a sickly sweet vinegar taste. The sandwich half in the picture was not tampered with except to open it up for the picture.
