The food was ssoooooo good. Thid was our first experience at a hot pot style restaurant so it was really overwhelming. But once we finally ordered and got our food and cooked at the table it was super good.

This place was awesome. I've gone to a hot pot place in Chelmsford before and it was one big pot of broth for the whole table. This place however, every guest had their own separate broth. Every item showed a picture and listed if it was gluten free or soy free. I got the Tom Yum which was very flavorful! Tai iced tea was also really good! I would definitely return here. Great service!!

My friends and I were looking for a Hot Pot experience without having to drive into Boston for an over-priced experience. The Zapp staff is very friendly, the food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the cost is reasonable.

What fun experience! Broth could have more flavor in my opinion, but if you want a fun interactive dining experience this is the place!
