Drove 15 minutes there to find them closed 30 minutes before closing time. I guess workers decide operation hours.

Not open during operation hours. They just decide to close when they wish 40 minutes before closing time

This is the perfect place, if you want your order to be totally ignored and they give you whatever is convenient for them. The wait wasn’t the quickest, so you would’ve expected for the order to be correct. However, when you call to inform them of their mishaps, no one answers the phone. This is sad, ridiculous and disheartening.

Man get a little
The heat causes some condensation when sealed or closed up tight thus a bit soggy. Especially true where humidity is high like FL. Alternatively, leaving the box/bag open doesn't keep it warm for long. Somewhere in the middle??
This is the worst KFC ever ..employees rude and service. they give you dried up food and when you ask them for a fresh cooked batch of chicken they say we cooked the old stuff you got all together instead of giving you a new fresh order. this place sucks.they needsl to be shutdown.
