Brought in a brand new zero turn mower purchased from them for it's 20-hour first service which according to the service manual should have been an oil & filter change and inspect everything else. I also asked them to go ahead and replace the blades. I received a bill for $320. Oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, new spark plugs (who changes spark plugs at 20 hours?) and new blades. Also a "freight" charge of $20 - for an oil filter? The charge for "labor" didn't specify the number of hours - just the amount $219. Never going back. Tried to contact them about this but no one responds. Stay far away from this place.

When I called to get a quote on repacking my lift Cylinders they told me $149 plus parts. So I left them there, getting a call the next day from another lady saying they would be $400.00. I already had them there and just got thru rebuilding the tilt Cylinders so I told her to do it. $439 later. I'll never go back there. I could have bought new Cylinders for that price.
