The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. I had the suite and had my sister stay over one night and friend the other. Staff extremely kind. Complimentary tea and coffee in Lobby and good restaurants are everywhere! Great weekend. I would only recommend they upgrade to a card rather than a key for the door.

The rooms were nice. The architecture and the way the place was decorated was nice. The staff were friendly. They told us about the area, gave us recommendations, and even extended our checkout time. The downsides were that the blanket was too hot. But there was only a blanket or a sheet. I was either freezing or boiling. Also you have to park at the municipal lot around the corner, which isn't ideal. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

We had almost the entire hotel for our wedding on May 14, this year. The Blue Bay Inn was the perfect spot for a big family gathering, because of location and excellent service. We appreciated the room drops - which the hotel did not charge us for - and last minute requests, that they accommodated for us (e.g. stocking our kitchen with an extra whisk). The hotel was clean and the rooms were big. Quite frankly, we all felt like we were in a home not a hotel. Thank you so much to the Blue Bay Inn. We hope to visit again!

My Fiance and I stayed at the Blue Bay Inn this past weekend and really, really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the location was convenient to "the wine bar" where we were meeting friends for a dinner party, and the staff was incredible! Parking is in a back municipal lot so you'll need to check in first and then get a parking pass for parking in the back lot. I actually had an unfortunate incident while I was staying and had to be rushed to the ER the morning we were scheduled to check out. The staff was never forceful about kicking us out of our room and offered us an extra night on the house so we wouldn't have to travel back to CT in a snow storm with my health issues. I truly cannot say enough good things about the resort and staff. Everyone was so sweet and I appreciated their concern more than anything.
