Amazingly nice staff, the owner is so nice. The gym is so clean and the machines are nicely maintained I love working out here.

Yes memberships are still on freeze since March 17th. As soon as we hear from Gov. Cuomo on when gyms are allowed open we will post on our website www.tropicalfitness.com and our facebook page
