Food was decent, we’ve have been here many times, usually better than today. However today our server was clueless.Unfortunately this seems to be the way service at restaurants is headed. Also the plastic dividers that separate the booths were gross and need to be cleaned. Hopefully management reads the reviews.

Second time around much better than initial. I went for happy hour and bartender Brittany was superb, she was that and more. OTB is blessed to have such an outstanding employee. She was so courteous, outgoing and professional that I was there long enough to order dinner. I wish all chain restaurants has an employee like her. She definitely should be promoted to management if not so already. Regarding the food, well that’s just ok for your local Mexican fixing. Nothing to write home about but certainly not the worst. I still wish everything was a bit less salty.

I love going here for a quick and cheap priced sit down. The chips and salsa are addicting. But definitely wait till your drinks arrive to tear into them, sometimes the salsa can be extra spicy, i always make the mistake of chowing down before i order a drink haha. I love their mango ice tea! Sometimes because the tea is fresh brewed it will be warm so ask for an extra cup of ice. I love their southwest chicken tacos, it's my go too. The service is usually consistent. We always see the same faces, which is nice because it's nice going to a place were you can count of reliability and consistency, especially in current times. It's been a place where you know you're going to get good food and good service every trip so it's a definitely a comfort food spot.

The food is great however it's tends to come out a little cold. Employees are super nice!
