Had an appointment for my husband scheduled for months. They called yesterday to confirm. He asked to reschedule and they couldn't get him in until August. So we both took this afternoon off just to get a phone call that he can't be seen... a place full of doctors and APRNS and they couldn't do a simple physical.. but now they can reschedule in july?? The place is a joke.. if we did that our insurance would still get charged..

I have been using the ucfs for mental health issues for 15 years and after 15 years im worse off then I was when I first started counseling. One would think after 15 years that a patient would make progress. Wrong. I absolutely do nor recommend anyone use them for mental health reasons.

Usually have good experiences in the GYN department, Dr. Fish is amazing. But recently I’ve been trying to call and make an appt today I sat on hold for over 45 minutes and no one answered. Once they closed at 7 the phone automatically kicked me off.

Questions & Answers

If I was to go in on Monday to be seen concerning an abscess in my mouth with one paycheck stub and all my information but had no insurance yet would they still see me and hopefully even pull the tooth out the same day or not?

I don't think so. Ask if you can pay out of pocket and once you have it submit for reimbursement

do you have to apply or is this a walk in for uninsured patients?

They offer a Sliding Fee Scale for uninsured or underinsured patients. They also have the Access to Care department that can help with the insurance application process through Medicaid or the Exchange if you're eligible.
