Most locals have visited this spot at least a few times, if not much more! One of the most enjoyable things to do in New England (MA) on a warm, sunny day is to visit an apple orchard & go apple picking! It's fun, exciting, fairly inexpensive & something the whole family can enjoy, or you can even go solo, or with a partner or group. Brookfield Orchards has plenty of fresh apples, plenty to see & do, plenty of parking as well! Cider donuts aplenty, candy, goodies, candles, toys, decorative/seasonal items & knick knacks inside. Tons of open space to enjoy the fresh air & let the little ones play outside. Sandbox here also. They also feature many events in the warmer months also such as live music & fun things for children/families to do. My only complaints are the crowds, because they do advertise special events, which can make the trip less than relaxing when you're stuck trying to find a parking spot, or waiting in long lines with impatient children. I would strongly suggest to avoid crowds & overly busy days, to visit instead during the week, when many are at work or in school. Weekends are always the most busy times. Friendly staff. Melissa & Doug toys. Local products. Gift shop area with something for everyone. A must see if you happen to be in The Brookfield's!

This place is by far the best bang for your buck. It is crazy how well taken care of these trees and apples are. They also have a store to sell just about anything apple related and they show off old style equipment. To top it off during …

This is a nice place to visit especially if you have children. Everything is really geared towards kids including a large play area. It was pretty crowded when I went. There's a lot of emphasis on the retail store.

Depends if its frozen or not, roughly 15 Minutes
They have grandmothers apple pies, dumplings, apples of course, and a penny(50 cent) area. The fudge factory is new. 6 bucks a lb or so. A treat for the family in a backwoods forgotten time. Buy something nostalgically entertaining. Remember the past and bring something home that reminds you of childhood.💞.
No. Strictly local varieties. Honeycrisp is the newest flavor. The macoun was my favorite. Unfortunately the snap and flavor is no longer there..
30 dollars for the big bag and 15 for a smaller one....grab a apple dumpling while you're there...mmmmmmm.. and sometimes wine tasting on the weekend 🍷
Yes, open 9-5 for pick your own as of today
There is a petting area of sorts but not zoo not too far at Cooper's dairy in Leicester. They have goats and sheep and a pig. I have even been able to pick up a baby goat on occasion when picking up milk. The milk is also amazing of course and they still carry old style glass jug.
Apple picking starts at the end of September that's when the orchard is full of hot apple pies all kinds of apple tree tractor rides out to the orchard so you can pick your own good time
With a name like that don't even bother with an application lol
No peach trees
Yes
For pick your own apples the prices are $13 for a peck (10 lbs.) and $26 for a 1/2 bushel (20+ lbs.). We sell bags of Thirds (drops and blemished quality) at $13 per 1/2 bushel which are already bagged in the store and marked on the handles with the variety of apple.
