There are a couple of homes for sale by owner. Lot rent ranges from $521-$580 per month and includes water, sewer, trash and mowing.

It is not a run down trailer park. Very well kept 55 and over park with wonderful people living there. No pool but a great pier for fishing or just sitting over the river.
