The Ocala location is sinking fast. When you call corporate to make it known Mr Kurtchner the regional manager never calls back. So I guess if the captain don't care, the men don't either. So sorry. I've been doing business here since 2007 when they opened the doors. Yes in the past they were top notch in customer care. This new management staff don't care.

Bait and Switch! Husband called and made an appointment to have 4 new tires. He was given a price per tire and "all 4 out the door". Out the door is a price which includes everything. When he arrived Monday for his appointment the price doubled. They claimed that the quoted total was for 2 tires. No way, when he was also given a per tire quote which was slightly less than 1/4th the price they claimed for 2
