If I could leave zero stars I would. The manager at this place is awful! I made a reservation and upon arrival I was very rudely told my drivers license was fake and that they would not rent me a van. My license was issued in 2018 and does not expire until next year. I had to call the Worcester police station, have an officer show up and confirm my license was valid before they would rent to me. Over an hour of my time wasted. Throughout this whole process I tried my best to stay level headed, never even raising my voice. However the manager was rude, dismissive, and has no business working in customer service. After the the officer confirmed my license was real and simply an older version, she didn’t even apologize. She doubled down by taking a photo of me and my id on her personal cell phone and insisting she did that with every customer. Uhaul corporate if you actually read these reviews, it’s time to trim the FAT. This woman is costing your business money.

Very expensive... They charge for everything. Environment, city, #!&*€£, and for other #!&!#€£€&# that it shouldn't be charge for.
