Great location in locale to the Hampton Inn where I was staying. I wish it posted the fare schedule; therefore I put too far too much money on my ORCA card. The light rail is terrific with stops at the Seattle sports stadiums and downtown Seattle.

I wouldn't say that it is exactly, always completely full on Sundays. You might have luck on Sunday.
Negative. Pay at machine at street level before heading up to the train.
During peek hours every 6 minutes between peek every 10 minutes early morning and nights 12 to 20 minutes
Negative, it's something like 24 hours only. I work nearby, and as evidenced by a small parade of tow trucks, very enforced.
You can take the light rail directly into the center of downtown by getting off at Westlake Station.
The 1st departure of the day is 0500. I believe the last train from North to South arrives at Angle Lake just before 0100
