I havent been there long but so far in my experience everyone has been extremely helpful. The moral is up and there is plenty of activities they try to do for the kids. I do feel that maybe they should have some things available for the women there activity wise it would help raise happiness levels but for a program that is generally 60-90 days they have been amazing.

Call 211 n do an intake for being homeless n tell them in Willimantic
You can stay if there is room for up to 60 days currently which they may extend if they see you are actively attempting to get yourself back on your feet by applying for programs available to you. You can only get in touch with them through the 2-1-1 information service.
Call 211, if you are homeless they will set you up for an intake. Where you do the intake doesn't mean that is where you will stay. You go to your intake appointment, and they link you up with shelters who have openings.
