Scam. The Pictures aren’t matched to the units properly. The computer of course wasn’t working when I was checking. Bob booked the wrong unit for my move in date and the prices they charge are a rip off. I called about a 7.5x10 and then proceeded to tell him what stuff I had. We decided to go with a bigger unit because the picture was wrong & I had way more stuff. Honestly I can’t remember her name but she wasn’t really organized either , she was nice but being stressed out and her being confused wasn’t settling. I got a refund immediately but I’ll never be back. Make sure you know exactly what your booking and ask tons of questions.

I live in Branford and started using Self Storage of Branford a few years ago. The facility is very well maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I got to know all of them by their first names and I’m usually pretty bad with names. The manager (Eric) has been extremely helpful over these past few years, he has reminded me to reserve a unit each Winter as Spring approached to make sure I get one. Both Carla and Bob occasionally call to remind me that my monthly payment is just a couple of days past due. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but the staff have been so friendly and helpful. If you were to shop around for a storage place, I’m very confident you won’t find one as good within a 30 mile radius, take it from someone who did shop around, and go check them out first. Tell Bob or Carla that Adam Welsh sent you. 😊

Your team has been fantastic. I rented from you for years when you first opened. Later I moved homes and I had space for the stuff in my new place so we moved out. My current situation was a temporary need. I’m using the two units to store cars while I’m having work done at my home and my garage is being used by contractors. I appreciate that the team reached out to let me know when the unit was available as well as how they checked in with me as my planned departure date approached. You are great to work with. Horrible horrible place. Carla who runs it has an awful attitude and made my whole experience stressful. She is not accommodating whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to lock up self storage.
