Pickle ball. Yeah. Only thing- I was surprised that a town your size only has two pickle ball courts. You are going to need to build more courts. Tennis courts are unused. Paint lines on the tennis courts and start retro fitting tennis courts to become pickle ball courts. If the community center wants ideas on how to have all this paid for from business- reach out me. My town has a pickle ball association with 2,000 members that all pay $50 a year. I live in a town with less population then Boone and we have 22 pickle ball courts.
