Me and my husband came and ate here a few days ago and had a bad experience. I am not a Karen, but with the experience I had made me want to be one. The teenagers staff was rude like they own the world. My husband and I sat at a table for 25 mins before getting greeted by our server and was given our menus. Food came out on a timely fashion, but our waiter was no where to be seen until we were ready to go. Me and my husband had other things we wanted to do, but our waiter was no where to be seen when she handed us the check, so went up front if those snotty teenagers can check us out and attitude it was from them. Kept being told to wait for our server only. I had never been at a place where I just had to wait for my server to do everything. Then we proceeded to wait back at the table and was just there for almost 30 mins before our server came out of no where to deal with our bill. Honestly I love the food and all but will not be dinning in again. Never had I ever been to a place where it take at least 30 mins to get our menus and to just get billed out. Buffalo Wild Wings please teach ur staffs to be on a timely fashion. Including the teenagers staffs to be more professional/polite when it is part of the job to be. I was never rude back and kept everything friendly and was just treated rudely. No one wants to be treated that way as it is their first experience to dine in at a place.

We've been here countless times and always get the wings. I decided to go with the brisket burger - I never did in the past because I couldn't see paying $13 for a burger. I was wrong. Hands down, the best burger I have ever had. Oh. My. Goodness. The waiter was very professional and tolerated us (a couple dads that think they're funny). Anyway, TRY THE BURGER!
