Born to ride

Great place for all your camper and trailer needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a difficult trailer wheel to find because only Big Tex trailers used this particular bolt pattern. Connecticut trailers had the rim but it was a tire wheel combination. I only needed the rim so the parts manager had the tire removed to accommodate my needs.This really saved my day. I will go there again they are the BEST!!!!

Had a tow hitch installed a while back. At the end of the day the hitch is fine and the price was reasonable, but it was not a good experience. First scheduled appointment was canceled without me receiving any notification (they say they called and I'll take their word for it, but it never came through). Second appointment I showed up and after several hours they realized they ordered the wrong part. Third time I'm told it'll be a quick job so I opted to drive in by myself in the morning and just work on my laptop but ended up being there all day. On the bright side, everyone I spoke with was polite and apologetic when things didn't go according to plan.
