Very nice park and views were wonderful. I took my grandaughter when I visited up north for the day, but was disappointed that the beach part wasn't open. My grandaughter really wanted to put her feet in the sand. Lots of pretty green grass for children and dogs to run and play, however not enough playground options for young toddlers (other than the 1 slide) There were also canoes and paddleboats but a little pricey for 1 hr. Maybe next time we will experience that there. Very picturesque though, took amazing photos which will be lasting memories for us. I'd go again.

This is a good hike for beginners and children especially. There are always deer every time I go there about 13 of them to be exact. I like the water front as well, it's beautiful.
Victoria Huerta
Beautiful area tucked away. Perfect for kayaking or a stroll with the family.

I found a spot away from everyone; it was so nice music playing. I made a cold vegan cheese and turkey sandwich. it reminded me of having a picnic when I was younger and bought back some great times.

Locals pay $4 for parking and out-of-towners pay $5 for parking.this will allow you to drive around the back side even in park by your tables. To carry your watercraft or food or barbecue stuff with you. I found it well worth paying
Yes a nice nature trail that goes into a lot of little trails
Yes. 5 bucks if you're from out of town. 4 if you're a resident. Never saw anyone actually checking the tags though. No one working the front gates either. Seemed a bit understaffed if I had to guess.
Yes. Because as Jessica said it closes at dusk and dusk is later in the summer.
Yes it is a beautiful place to have a wedding. My mom got married there.
Yes, have a great time!
It's required to have a fishing license when fishing in public lakes and waterways. You can purchase a license (daily or yearly) at Walmart or Dicks Sporting Goods.
You can BBQ anytime you like. It's a very nice place, lots of shade, tables, and benches
You can take your camper but I don't believe they allow over night camping
I don't know but it seems like u got ur answer
Get there early at dusk no later as no parking but great firework show I actually parked few blocks away had great view they dont start til after 9pm
$5 dollar parking for non Lodi Residents and $4 if you live in Lodi
Yes, dogs are welcome at Lodi Lake. Just remember to keep your dog on leash and clean up afterward if he or she goes to the bathroom. Have fun!!
It doesn't have a time you can go but the park and recreation workers get there around 6:00 am
Of course lots of people just haul there own BBQ to the park, no problem
You can inquire at the kiosk. Or look up their phone number online.
Mostly black bass, rainbow trout, salmon.
You can make a reservation for certain specific areas there. Some of the areas are by reservation and some of the areas are not. Me and my people went there last Saturday and it was reserved but we had to reserve from 10:00 to 2:00 or 2:00 to 6:00. But like I said there's other picnic areas that don't have to be reserved at all. I sure would call well in advance if I were you and get the information from the horse's mouth... If you really want to get that table for the 4th!
I don't know but maybe for winter.
No.
Contact Lodi Parks and Rec.. They have the info! Might not be open until Monday, though. That is where you would reserve a spot. They are located across from the police department off of Elm.
The swimming area is not open, they were working on it however, like they were preparing to open.
It's a family place
4-5ft
You can def. use Charcoal for onsite BBQ grills, as for the mini cooker/grill/propane tank, I think is allowed -- they don't have camping grounds (exception: Only Large groups with advanced reservations).
You can bring trailer in. As long as your not launching a yacht. It is a small area and launch
No not that we been made aware of. People go swimming all the time in the lake.
There's people that don't pay the Fee,an enter throughout a street that are bu houses.
Yes I forgot they are fencing the whole park off for the 4th of July sorry
You need to be packed up and leaving by 6pm, that is the time when they lock the gate.
You can walk the trails even when park is closed just can't drive in or out
I would just obey the sign, it says mo dogs allowed! This way you can enjoy the deer and the dog poo, because some people don't pick up after their dogs in the trail area.
I honestly haven't been to the beach area in years. I don't recall any then, but that could have changed. Best to call parks department and check.
Yeah u can its open to every one it will be fine
I don't know if there's any events for dogs there, but I do know that there's lots of dogs everywhere
freshwater
Its free! You can park in their lot for 5$ if you want, or park on the street for free and walk in.
Yes, dogs are allowed in most of the park. But there is a nature trail where they aren't allowed.
In certain parts yes
Yes They have 2 small trails
No its not that kind of park. Its a small lake and picnic tables. You can have a nice lunch and a beautiful walk afterwards
Expected to be finished November 5th 2017
Jet skis and boats are only allowed in the back area of the lake, but I'm hearing that they are considering no jet skis on the lake?
The lake is still drained just before the winter rain and then when they get ready for the next season the lake dam is reopened to which the snow water that runs in the mokelumne river fills the man made lake of Lodi. The fishing for most is not good eating but rather fun for the catch and release type Fisher.
