We were attended by an Indian woman, very friendly, attentive to all questions. She helped us with everything and she was sure that everything was correct, she was very helpful, she treated us well as a polite person should be treated. my friend, I thank her for helping her and treating her well. This is the problem there are people who are not educated and do not know how to deal with people, they are rude. And there are many like that in that office.

Friendly and helpful staff. I wasn’t sure where to go there is a desk with a police officer who directed us on which way to go. Parking is off street you do have to pay and place the ticket on your windshield.

We do not. You might try DMV; i believe they make State of CT identification cards, as well as driver's licenses.
You will need to pay your taxes either online (City of Waterbury Tax) or at the City of Waterbury Tax Assessors Office on Grand Ave. Please be aware that your vehicle can be seized if parked in public. Please check accepted methods of payment on the website.

Not town hall..you need to go to court where fine is due. If you have a suspended license, more than likely you'll need to reopen case when you first received infraction, pay the fee to reopen case, then pay fine, if court allows, then pay fees at DMV to get license back.
