I used to praise this company as a great alternative to the scum at regular dealers but they've become the same monsters I was trying to avoid. During my most recent experience I've heard nothing from this company except excuses in person (I had to go in to speak with someone, the call center is USELESS) blaming the RMV for a lost title (which is digital and takes 10 days) and 2 automated emails which gave me no useful or new information. They then forced me to take back my trade in and didn't contact me again except for today an email I was supposed to receive over 2 MONTHS ago came requesting I pay for the transfer for the car I was looking at. An automated email mind you, over 2 MONTHS after I first started the process and no human contact that wasn't me walking into the dealership. USELESS EMPLOYEES THAT LIE TO GET YOU OUT OF THEIR FACES.

I have seen few Ford transits in carmax as well. Have you tried calling them?
Probably just like any car dealer. Say your car is appraised for 15,000. Suppose you owe 10,000. You pick out a new car for 17000. 17,000 less 15,000 is 2,000. Add sales tax dealer fees,DMV fees and your loan amount 10,000. Less any money down, this is what you would finance. Depending on the year of the car, 48,60, 72 months. Good luck. Car Max is good because everything will be explained to you. If they appraise your car, you tell them how much you owe, and how much you can put down, they can tell you what price car to look at.
When you get a vehicle from car max they should give you a copy of the carfax or the vin history report. As far as i know of they have to tell you about any accidents. Check out the lemon law. If they did know about any incidents and did not disclose it in my opinion it was sold to you under false claims. You could also check out the fraud laws. Also talk to a lawyer or some type of council that deals with automotive law. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Generaly newer preowned vehicles that range anywhere from 06 to 2018. If your talking about models lim trucks, suvs, or sedans they have them all. Even luxury if you want. And if your looking for something alittle cheaper they have valuemax cars that are a little closer to the 06 range.
They have every brand, I'm sure their inventory turns quickly.
