in my opinion This place could have been America's best linguica and chourico meat wholesaler. However unfortunately this place was in need of extreme renovation. I was able to collaborate and get this business prefabricated however they were not willing to invest into broadening their horizon. While I was there they shut down the walk in market. And charged more for their linguica while cutting production and having their own workers go. Many businesses can order and have it shipped nation wide. However there has been a new ownership and the product is likely to change as they are not willing to renovate just beautify and look to cut hours and hire temps to not hire them On another note I painted this exterior and installed the mesh tarp.

Had some Amaral's grilled linguica yesterday. Casing is thick and chewy. 12 yo grandson just ate the inside and discarded the gristle pieces. I'll have to try a different store bought brand next time, maybe Gaspar's? Maybe a bad batch, I've used it for kale soup previously, but maybe braising softens the skin.

I buy their linguica frequently from hanifords and the flavor is great. The thing I wish is that there wasn't bones in some of the sausages. Easily the best flavor lingucia on the market just that you need to be attentive when eating.
