I cancelled my service due to the fact the Casella took over this business and increased rates through the roof. That would be ok if the service was good but Casella ran it into the ground! Temporary roll off and permanent dumpster service increased by over 30% due to the "fuel" surcharge which is the same regardless of how far they actually transport it, so basically you pay for someone else's dumpster due to unfair billing practices. Shop around!! Casella is the highest in the area with the WORST service. Check the BBB as well. You will find several "poor" ratings for this business.

They are absolutely awful. Their terrible services is because they know a large majority of their customers have no other option. Their pick up workers throw my bins across the street, in the street, or in my driveway each week. They raise their prices almost every quarter. Even when the bill is paid on time they tack on late fees stating there was an issue on their end for the way it was pulled. Their service has gone from bad to completely awful since they were bought out by Castella too.

Their truck driver smashed our trash can on the curb so hard that the wheels broke off. When we called to let them know that they’d need to replace it since their driver broke it, we were told that it would cost $125 for a new one when we weren’t the ones responsible for damaging the trash can. We were told we can either pay for a new one or cancel service. Before this, we were over charged by around 4x on several occasions and getting that rectified was an absolute nightmare. They refused to refund us and we ended up having to have our bank reverse the charges. Whoever they have working in administration is horrible at her job and treats customers like.. garbage. If you’re capable of taking your own waste to your local transfer station then you’d probably be better off doing that since this company seems to get off on scamming customers.
