Customer service is very frustrating and disappointing. I can't wait to replace them. Update: now I am definitely replacing them with anything. I paid them for service I can't use because of their equipment failure and now I have to wait for my refund for 5-7 business days. Thanks but no thanks. ZERO STARS.

I am a Comcast Sales Rep. There is no Comcast/Xfinity in RI, however, our sisters company Cox service the state.
You could easily pick one up at the center. I did yesterday in fall river. New internet router avail. Goes over a gig now for speeds
Just call 1-800-Comcast, anyone will help.
Call them & you'll find out cost difference from what you have now.

You could also download Xfinity My account app thru the Apple Store or GooglePlay store and once you input your account info you will be able to pay there.
I would avoid the 800 number unless you have a lot of time waiting on hold. Reset through your comcast signon
