The malassadas is usually gone by 8:30 am and nobody is smart enough to make more!! Wasted trip there and time, not to mention the cost of gas. The bakery's today couldn't hold a candle to the real old time bakeries of yesteryear

Honestly, I don't think they sell them in stores. Although, I just went there last week and they were loading tons of Lou's sweet bread somewhere else, so? I could be mistaken. I'm sorry that wasn't much help but I've personally never seen their sweet bread anywhere in the city. Yes. LOU'S Sweetbread is the best around!
No they don't. I asked them last week, because we wanted to send sweet bread to family, not coming here for Thanksgiving.
They go on vacation from July 2 to August 1
