Our car broke down just outside of town. Hauling three kids and a pet they gouged is on everything they could. Including trying to charge us for a late checkout while we waited for our car to finish being repaired for two extra hours. Our rooms air conditioner was broken as well, making the nights stay even more miserable. Indifferent unapologetic staff.. Overall a terrible (and yet still insanely expensive) experience.

Like many BW hotels, this is not a new building, but it has been updated. Amenities (beautiful pool and spa, lounge area, outdoor fire pit, ample parking) were great. Best breakfast - full buffet with friendly kitchen staff - included in rate, amazing! Front desk folks are super friendly. 3 minute walk to several restaurants. Quiet and restful night. Loved it!

Positive: Location. Front desk staff is nice most of the time. Negative: Cleaning staff is HORRIBLE. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR SIX NIGHTS AND ONLY HAD MY ROOM SERVICED ONCE. I ran out of towels and trash was full. I had to ask front desk for towels and trash bags. I even put the "please clean" sign on door.

Positive: The wonderfully large jacuzzi and outside area and fact that it stayed open until 10 p.m. Best hotel breakfast in a very long time. Lots of hot and cold selections plus b-fast burritos. Male front desk staff member happily accommodated all my requests

I have a room reserved for Friday night 5/17/19. I just got word that my pet watcher is unavailable. I saw that you allow pets when i stayed there before. I would like to add the pet option to my room. I believe the fee is $30.00. Is this correct?

Not sure the price you would probably be better calling them than posting on a review site. No animals in the cafeteria though.
