Today was the first time I've been back since the the whole COVID-19 mess, and I was happily surprised that the Bogner's hasn't closed down during these troubling times. This makes sense, this is a business that daily works with raw meat, of course they have a handle on the proper precautions. The store is well laid out, the first room containing the meats selection and the back room the deli. Deli prices are generally better then the supermarket, and delivered with a smile (I think, they are wearing a mask you know). The butcher shop is stocked full of quality cuts of beef & pork, chicken is also sold but that is generally one of the refrigerated displays on the opposite side. Prices for the meats are higher then you find in the grocery store but don't let that dissuade you , these are a much higher quality cut than you will find in the grocery store. Also the staff is there to answer questions about the cuts and their preparation. All is not perfect, the store can get quite busy at times resulting in some decent sized lines but that can't be helped.
