I want to preface this by saying, this was previously a 5 star review. I would also like to say how wonderful the office staff is at this vet. Outside of that, I do not have anything else nice to say. I took my dog in to get spayed 6 months ago. They ran the blood work before she was examined by a doctor. After the blood work had already been done, she was examined by the vet and it was decided it was best to wait to get her spayed. So that day, I spent a ton of money on blood work for no reason. We reschedule the appointment for yesterday, August 31. I drop Gilly off at 8am. It is now 3pm and I haven't heard from either the office staff or doctor performing the surgery. I give them a call and they tell me the doctor should be giving me a call shortly, surgery went well and they will be giving me a call to pick her up. 7:20 rolls around and NOONE has called me. The doctor did not touch base with me ONCE in a 12 hour period. Dr. Joshua Artz did the surgery and did not reach out to me at all. I will never be taking my dogs back there. This was unprofessional and just an overall lack of courtesy.

**UPDATE** I decided to contact the practice manager - Erika- after she replied to my review. She was very helpful and understood my concerns. Erika even offered to get me in contact with a vet that she thought would be a good fit for me and she did. I was able to speak with Dr. Soutter who provided the guidance and information I was looking for. I am glad that the office manager was able to turn my bad experience around and made me feel safe and confident enough to go back to the practice for my dog's care. *************** I wish my opinion was different from what I'm ready write about this clinic but unfortunately, my first visit was not pleasant at all. I waited three months for this appointment and because the clinic had good online reviews, I didn't mind. I was looking for a more compassionate and understanding veterinary doctor for my 16.5 dog but what I found was a "very direct" -as she put it in her own words- vet who kept comparing my dog's health deficiencies to her 96 y/o father's, not providing enough information nor recommendations about my dog's needs. We ended up seeing Dr. Babuska or Dr. "B" as she referred to herself. Not only she had an unfriendly demeanor but was quick to judge my preferred choice of food for my dog (homecooked). When I asked for specifics about her dislike of homecooked meals, all she said was: "that's not a balanced diet" and kept referring me to a website to research about it. I was hoping for guidance on ingredients and/or suggested portions so that I can make these meals more balanced but no luck. At one point during the visit, she made the remark: "You look like a competent person that can do the research about balanced diet." At that moment, I didn't know how to react to her comment as I was there for her professional opinion about my dog's needs, not for her to judge my character. As she heard the concerns I had for my senior dog, all she could say was that we will all get old and will most likely have to deal with health issues that we can't do much about like was the case of her 96 y/o father. Her comment made me feeling very uneasy, as I expected a more professional and informative response to my concerns. I could go on and on about how the visit went but it will probably be a waste of time and not a single thing will be done about it. I just wish I had read the vet's biographies and chosen a specific doctor prior to the appointment. Unfortunately, I went by online reviews and I didn't expect an experience like the one I had. I'm not sure if I'd be going back to this clinic.

First of all, let me say Dr. Ats was a great doctor but the new office staff and management has gone downhill. They charged an exuberant amount of money for vet care that you can get elsewhere for the same price secondly, I've never met a manager that has been so rude. So apathetic and so sardonic. I have tried to not write this review many times but my cat was sick and unfortunately not only was the office staff not caring. They were not willing to help and I felt like terrible me being a nurse I help people everyday and also them missing my appointment multiple times and giving me misinformation and false time slots was a huge issue also confirmed them as well this was big deal seeing it was my day off and I was very busy as well. I would never bring my cats back here after being a customer for over 30 years me combined with my parents not only that My dad cut the lawn there for years, help them establish their business and help them get more clients. And very disappointed with the new management staff and I never want to come back here after the experience I had with this new manager that used to be in the back performing surgeries. It is a it is complete distainment on the legacy on this extraordinary veterinary practice, now it's a for-profit. No care for the animals. No compassion, no life, no anything and for what a few extra dollars. It's sad that we've come to a corporate bureaucracy Vetinary clinic and now they charge triple even double what other vets will charge. You get the same care, same compassion, same level of empathy that you've come to expect.

I don't know if they will declawed a cat because if it's too old they won't do it because it's cutting off the first knuckle of the cat they could probably give you behavioral suggestions
Did't no
