Horrible experience. Reception gave away our room because it was booked on Priceline (who is a third party) and was told that Priceline overbooked (even though we booked the room in June for a July date). The person behind the desk had zero customer service skills and then dumped her poor decision making on us. One does not give away a hotel room that was already paid. When I told her this she said that the hotel is independently owned and not a 'real' Wyndham property and with us booking through a 3rd party the did not have to honor our booking. They then 'upgraded' us to a room with one bed, a pull out couch that had pee stains on the matress and it was awful. DO NOT book this hotel. Ever, ever, ever. You'll be disappointed.
Not Your Business
Clean rooms don't make up for the unprofessional staff, I rather stay at a dirty motel than to deal with untrustworthy people like those working the front desk. Not to mention the people climbing through first floor windows, tossing trash bags out of windows and arguing. So between staff and the guests, I really rather sleep in my car for free.

Gross carpet in lobby and halls. Room was much better. Clean linens and bathroom. There was a creepy room length mirror. It looked so much like a two-way mirror that we Googled how to tell if the mirror was see through. It was sketchy. The continental breakfast was okay, but it is not a warm breakfast. For the budget conscious traveler, this is an okay hotel.

Good: 1. Rooms were clean 2. Sheets were washed 3. Bathroom was clean 4. While the inn is right next to a freeway the traffic and noise at night was not as noticeable 5. Location is good Bad: 1. They advertised high speed wifi which was not working the day we checked in. We were told it was temporary but apparently, they have been under system updates for a while and wifi had been out for a while as well. It won't be fixed anytime soon. They have not updated that info in any of their advertisements. 2. They also advertise gym which has been out of order for sometime now. 3. The rooms are really tiny and don't have fridge or microwave. 4. Their drinking water refill station is falling apart 5. Breakfast is just small cereals, milk, coffee and fruits. Nothing hot. 6. No common seating area to eat breakfast and as the room is barely big enough to fit two people, you will end up eating on the bed most likely. Pros and cons are there, it's a budget hotel so you can expect budget facilities. But to advertise something when it's not functional, is deceptive. Have stayed at other Wyndham properties and all of them had better and functional facilities.
