I have been seeing Lauren Gorski PA here for over 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience with her, front desk staff, and the lab. No complaints! Highly recommend!

My husband has been a patient here for years and this past year he’s been treated like complete dirt. I was honestly thinking of switching my entire family to this office so we could all see the same doctor and I will absolutely not. And my husband will be changing doctors also. They have rescheduled appointments and then canceled then an hour before he’s supposed to be seen. Then because they canceled the appointment they wouldn’t fill his prescriptions so he’d have to chase the doctor around to let him aware he needs his medications filled and never gets a phone call back or gets his medications filled. Was completely out of blood pressure medicine for five days because they wouldn’t call him back or put in for a new prescription and now has to go to urgent care because his blood pressure is dangerously high. These people are supposed to be doctors and help you and how can they just let you go days without your medication that they’ve prescribed for you that is supposed to keep you alive and you are told you cannot stop taking. So upset, so aggravated, and beyond disappointed!!! Shame on you valley medical group.

If you’re getting glasses don’t go here! When I called to make the appointment I told the receptionist what I had for insurance so I assumed that the woman that deals with the glasses would know what glasses I had to choose from. I have a Masshealth connector plan (so if you’re going to make an appointment for glasses, make sure you tell them but I’d say don’t go lol) when I got there the lady showed me the Masshealth “standard” glasses. After about 15 minutes of me trying some on she asked for my insurance number. When I started saying my ID she then realized I was looking at the wrong glasses. I mean how the hell did I know!? She then gave me such an attitude because “we just wasted all this time picking out the wrong glasses and she had another client coming in 10 minutes.” Again, how was I suppose to know!? I felt so awkward and uncomfortable. I just asked her “well can you help me find a pair closest to these?” She did help me and she found me a pair within 5 minutes. After this ordeal, I know that I won’t be going there again.
