They won't talk to me about rates and other details of refinancing my mortgage without me giving them my social security number and permission to run my credit first. Even the automated phone line asks for your social before talking to someone. I'm sorry but I don't give out that information unless I'm sure I'll be using your services. I made an appointment and Alex Wisz never called. I called them and was told I have to talk to this Alex on the phone first before I can make an in person appointment. They said they would notify Alex to call me and he still didn't call. So disappointed I had heard such good things about this bank too.

You just have to go to the instution and explain what your trying to do then go to your employer and present them with the form from the bank and they will take care of it for you. It all depends on how often you get paid for the transfer to change over
