I've tried EVERYTHING to pull up The Tax collector pay Now link & nothing. When I'm finally ready, I gets Nada. Who wants to drive all the way to WestbubbleF*ck to make a payment when I have the opportunity to pay online? Make it make sense....did I mention that Parking sucks in downtown Wtby!? it really does👎🏽👎🏽🎯

Waterbury doesn’t get as much credit as it deserved. But being born and raised in Waterbury, I am proud of what the city has done to come back and make the residents proud. Great work Waterbury.

Awful, deplorable, unjust agency. They hired a company called MTS to drive around that dilapidated city to check for cars parked overnight at a residence and charge taxes based the their "assessment." I have not lived in Waterbury in over 11 years, but my disabled mother does. I live in another town where I PAID my car taxes and property taxes on my house and was still charged taxes in Waterbury. Why? Because I visit my disabled mother frequently to assist her with her daily needs and rides to her doctors appontments .Why is my car there overnight, they had the audacity to ask ? Because sometimes I stay there to better assist her and her needs. I've being going in circles with this asinine MTS agency for months, having to provide very private information, such as medical records, tax records etc. For proof of residency. I've provided them with an exceptional amount of information and they are requesting more. It's such a disgusting attempt to try to acquire money from honest tax paying citizens to fund that broke down city and they need to be STOPPED!!!!
