Two consecutive terrible experiences at this place. It used to be good with friendly customer service but of late, it is very disappointing. First time, they gave the wrong pizza crust than we ordered and it was not well made either. We had to toss it away at home. And today the person who serviced us was very rude, hesitant to change her gloves since we had allergies, immediately imposed new rules on veg topping limits(3 to 5) beyond which will be charged but this was never advertised in the store and exhibited racism in her behavior. The lady had her friends just behind us and none of the above rules were imposed on them. I never expected this service from Pieology. I am hoping the management takes note of this and educate their staff. I would think twice before going to Pieology Folsom again.

The two young ladies who were working 7/3/22 closing shift were absolutely awesome. We were vacationing in the area and I already tried 2 fast food places in the area and they were closed at 8pm. Pieology was my last chance at getting hot food for my 2 kids and wife in a timely manner. It was 8:45pm and I asked if it was still ok to order. They said absolutely and to come in. I personally hate being one of those people who come in when places are closing but I had no choice this night. They happily made 3 pizzas for me and provided awesome conversations. One recommended a spot to check out in Santa cruz and the other had some great life insight. Good people, good food, and a rescued night! Thanks again!!

Every time I come in they are super rude (probably because they are short staffed or because it’s later in the day). They make it known that they aren’t wanting people to come in. I’ve seen them lock the doors before they close so customers will stop coming in and have turned the customer away when they asked why it’s locked. It’s uncomfortable for everyone involved which sucks because the food is usually good. They make the customer uncomfortable with their comments about closing soon and their overall negative body language. I would expect this from a more generic fast food place but not something that cost me $15 a meal.
