You must bring on necessary paperwork that they asked for or any paperwork that is needed. They do not allow you to fax anything. So there's no fax number. You are welcome to call them directly sometimes things change.

You have to call then before 12 noon. They will not answer the phone after that. If you already tried that yesterday or today it might be because of the holiday
