In 2010, We had come from the Springfield Armory where my grandfather used to be in charge of handing out weapons to the military. They said that Smith and Wesson gave tours. They called over and asked if we could come by for one. Just so happened they had one in 20min and we were the only ones. We had a full tour of the entire manufacturing line. Every guy and gal working were absolutely amazing! We got to see stuff that some never get to see or hold. They were very generous to our son when he was 12yrs old. Our tour guide was hilarious. He was very impressed with our son's knowledge of pistols andall weapons, really. I'm originally from Agawam and moved to FL in 85. So one vacation we stopped in for the tour. Florida has different laws that MA. So for a 12yo to know as much as he did, they were excited to have him on the tour. We couldn't of had a better time. They called the shooting range department for us to come over and pick out which gun we wanted. That was a great experience too. The instructor there helped my son with some of the higher caliper pistols. Those guys were great as well. USA made, from my big city area, met the guys who build them, was the greatest experience ever. Shortly after that they had stopped citizens from going to the range after a shooting had occurred.

No but they used to have a small display but you will not have acess. We had our acedemy closed that was down the street. And it is greatly missed. It stocked all products clothing knives memorabilia and you could test any production model and purchase. And the best part of of a new smith and wesson is inside the case there will be 2 brass casings that where test fired in envelope and tje shooter and the majority are tested by my father and he is a smart highly respected man excellent moral fiber. He is been one of there main shooters for many many years. He is virtuous and diligent and vigilant. If there is a problem he will not send it out. He is the most compitant man i know. He and his team that clears weapons for sale are top notch. I trust smith because i know the men ansd women who work that factory and i will always be asmith and wesson guy
No, not yet.
No you can't. You have to buy it from a distributor.
This is a question that would be more easily answered by contacting Smith & Wesson customer service. I am not acting as a representative of the company.
If you call their customer service line they should be able to pull up the info off of that serial number.
Go to their web page
No
I am not an assembler, I'm a laser operator. Your best bet is to call customer service for that information.
No they don't and no u can't tour the plant
No
Your closest and perhaps best option would be 4 Seasons Firearms in Woburn. I can't believe that no ones answered this in 7 months!
Do you have a picture or serial number
"You guys"? The Google Maps questions area is a place for customers (or potential customers) to get information about places from other CUSTOMERS -- not from the places themselves. Sometime the establishments do troll here, but not often. Best bet to get a real answer is to contact the business directly.
Tons of information online. Google search "thompson center contender serial number". Do you know that Google Maps questions area is a place for customers (or potential customers) to get information about places from other CUSTOMERS -- not from the places themselves? Sometime the establishments do troll here, but not often. Best bet to get a real answer is to contact the place directly.... or just do a little legwork yourself. Took about 9 seconds to find it is pre-1980.
Yes
Do not think so, based on reading about the factory and other folks' attempts to get in for a peek.
Just put your number into Google search, and it will help you find the proper delivery company
What is your question?
Not personally. Oh wait... do you know that this is an area to ask other customers questions about the place? For questions like yours, call or email the business.
